My school doesn’t give out any scholarshipts (Academy of Art University). I’ve been looking for any scholarships or financial aid but they’re all for citizens, not international students. Finally, I’ve decided to ask Yahoo Answers.

So, Yahoo Answers, tell me; where can I find a scholarship or financial aid that’s given to international students? (any foundations or sort for animators, or arts)

When I apply to a university in America, do I have to apply separately to be considered for merit-based scholarships or will they consider me just from my regular application? I know it is not the same in all schools because in Duke they just consider all applications for merit schoalrships but is this generally the case? Also, can anybody suggest any good Universities that can provide scholarships based on merit? I got a 2130 in the SAT 1 and am hoping to apply to Ivy League institutions but am unsure if I could afford them, as I doubt I would receive enough financial aid. Thanks!
